Ofcom have published digital television transmitter group maps which detail the locations of digital transmitters in a tv region. These maps provide guidance on what transmitter groups there are in a particular tv region. Below is a list of Ofcom maps, these are updated regularly as digital switchover planning progresses:

Digital UK have provided adjacent transmitter group maps which show the overlaps between transmitter groups. These maps are designed to communicate the most likely transmitter groups for an area as well as clarify the adjacent transmitter groups. Below is a list of adjacent transmitter group maps as provided by Digital UK:
