What happens after switchover?


Wales has completed the switch to digital but if you are watching the Long Mountain main transmiter or the Llangynog relay using Freeview, Top Up TV or BT Vision, you will need to re-tune your digital TV or box on 19 October 2011 to continue receiving all available services.


Engineering work will also be carried out at each of the Long Mountain transmitter group relays and there will be breaks in services. Please see below for when to retune and when services will be restored.

  • Broneirion, Carno, Llanbrynmair, Llandinam,Llanfyllin, Llangurig, Llanidloes, Moel y Sant - Midday
  • Castle Caereinion, Kerry, Llanrhaeadr ym Mochnant - Mid afternoon
  • Llangadfan, Tregynon - Late afternoon
