For further information about self helps please visit the Ofcom website.
At Llanddona, a group C/D antenna is currently required to receive the analogue and PSB services, in order to recieve the commercial multiplexes, a Group E or W antenna may be required post switchover. Some households may find that their existing analogue antenna works satisfactorily because the commercial multiplexes use channels which are below the analogue group.
At all relay sites, all multiplexes will be within the analogue aerial group from switchover.
Channel changes at Cemaes, Coed Derw and Conway mean that channelised aerial systems will need to be reconfigured at DSO1 and DSO2.
A household in north west Wales is most likely to be watching the Llanddona transmitter group. However, they could also be watching the Winter Hill, Moel y Parc, Blaenplwyf or Preseli transmitter groups.
