A team of Retail Support Executives (RSE's) starts working in each region about 1 year out from switchover to help registered retailers plan and make the most of the legitimate sales opportunities that switchover presents.
Your RSE is your main contact for any support you need, including face-to-face training, point of sale materials and handling customer queries. They call on all registered retailers, so if your company holds a Promotional Licence and you haven't had a call from a team working in your region, please contact Louise on 0870 730 0627.
