Where can I get point of sale materials?

  1. If you are registered on the Digital Logo Scheme, you can order free point of sale materials through this website, or by email to digital.logo@aeat.co.uk. The other option is to contact the Retail Support Executive in your region. You can find out their details here.

Can I use the 'digital tick' logo on my van?

  1. No. The only people allowed to use a 'digital tick' on a vehicle are fully qualified Registered Digital Installers (RDIs), when it must be accompanied by their membership number.

Can I use pictures of Digit Al on my leaflets and website?

  1. Yes, registered retailers can use the approved retail image of Digit Al, holding a banner saying "get set for digital", on publicity materials. The message must not be promoting a particular product or service, though, so must be product or platform neutral.

Why should I join the Digital Logo Scheme?

  1. By registering for the scheme, a retailer gains free access to staff training, point of sale materials and detailed information to help them with switchover. For a full list of the benefits, click here.

How can I train my staff about the digital switchover?

  1. Registered retailers and their staff can access online training through this website, and our Retail Support Executives offer face-to-face training in regions less than one year from switchover.
