The Promotional Licence is a legal agreement between your company and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, who own the 'digital tick' certification mark.
It permits licensees to use the 'digital tick' logo as detailed specifically in the licence documentation. Click here to see the Logo Usage Guidelines.
Digital UK undertakes Mystery Shopping research several times a year to assess the switchover information being communicated in shops, and compares registered stores to others. This helps to tailor the training materials available to registered retailers.
