Digital UK communications to residents

Digital UK is running a series of communications campaigns aimed directly at tenants and those living in flats, to raise awareness that if their household is served by a communal TV aerial system, they will need to ensure that the building has been set up to receive digital.
Digital UK will provide these consumers with leaflets regarding engaging with their landlord and managing agent to ensure that their building is ready for switchover. In addition, Digital UK will be providing residents with letter templates and advice as to how they can coordinate their communication with property managers, with other residents.
Digital UK’s community outreach programme will provide housing associations and other interested organisations with information to help them inform and help residents through the digital TV switchover.
