Set up over 80 years ago to improve the housing and lives of households living in the slums around St Pancras, SPH now provides over 4000 homes for people living in London, Kent and Hertfordshire. It also helps over 1500 people with support needs to live independently.
SPH as an organisation is fully committed to ensuring that all their properties served by shared communal TV aerial provided access television services and they have an installation programme that aims to compute the works by the end of this financial year.
They are also committed to ensuring staff and tenants are fully aware of switchover and will ensure that frontline staff, such as customer service advisors, have clear guidance on problem solving and answering tenant queries. Key personnel have been appointed to deal with and steer the programme towards completion.
