Affinity Sutton Group comprises four main operating companies - William Sutton Homes, Broomleigh Housing Association, Downland Housing Association and Grange Management (Southern) Ltd as well as incorporating Aashyana Housing Association and Brighton Housing Trust. Together they own or manage over 53,000 homes nationwide.
The Group Procurement Team identified the scope for efficiencies from an early collaboration of the operating companies in a combined approach to the specification, tendering and ongoing management of communal digital TV aerial upgrade services. Core Groups were set up to involve all stakeholders in the production and ownership of action plans designed to ensure the successful achievement of the installation programmes in advance of the regional switchover dates. A common approach was also taken to the development of specifications, documentation and resident consultation.
