I am the property manager of a student Halls of Residence. What do I have to do?

In most cases, students themselves will be responsible for their TV equipment and also for ensuring that their equipment will work after switchover i.e. they are equipped with an appropriate digital box or have an integrated digital TV. However, the property manager may be responsible for providing access to TV services for example through an aerial.
