How do I know if my current aerial system will be suitable for receiving a digital TV signal after switchover?
Any system under 10 years old should carry the digital TV signal through the aerial (Freeview) with no difficulty. Your residents will need to convert or replace each TV set that they would like to continue watching after the switchover with a digital box or digital TV.
If you live in a house or are served by a single aerial and you get a good analogue signal currently then you should get a good digital TV signal after switchover.
