Digital switchover will be a key topic for resident consultation and involvement in many organisations. To help organisations provide current, appropriate and accurate information, Digital UK has produced a series of five articles that an organisation can download and use in the run up to switchover in their newsletters of publicity material;
Available as Word documents the articles can be formatted to fit your organisation’s style, and customised to reflect your local or regional position. There may be some policy issues that are not sufficiently covered or appropriate, and you should amend the copy will need before use. You are asked not to change the text more than is necessary.
Digital UK will deliver additional information leaflets to flat dwellers about six months before switchover, to raise awareness that if their building is served by a communal aerial system they will need to contact their property manager to ensure that the necessary works have been carried out and the system is ready for TV.
