Granada

Switchover at the Winter Hill transmitter group in the Granada TV region starts on the 4 November 2009 and finishes on
2 December 2009
.

The Winter Hill transmitter group switches in two stages. At each stage frequency changes may occur at certain transmitters which mean:

  •     Any channelised communal system receiving its TV signal from one of the transmitter (listed below) will need to be     re-tuned

  •     Some pre-set filters may need to be replaced, whilst electronic ones will need re-tuning.

Please check that your aerial contractor has the work in hand to ensure continued TV services for your residents. Installers can find out which frequencies are being used at using the ‘Trade View’ of the postcode checker.
