Could my landlord make me take down my satellite dish or aerial?
If there are restrictions within your lease or tenancy agreement or you haven't got permission, your landlord may have the right to ask you to remove the dish or aerial. It may be that your landlord is content for you to have the digital TV service of your choice but has been served with an enforcement notice by the local planning authority and is obliged to take action.
If you live in a flat, your property manager could install an integrated reception system (IRS) that will give you access to both satellite and Freeview services but only requires a single aerial and satellite dish for all flats.
