Members have a vital role to play during switchover:
- At a strategic level, making sure your authority is ready for switchover.
- As a portfolio member with responsibility for services affected by switchover, such as housing or adult social care.
- At a ward level, giving advice to constituents, particularly the most vulnerable.
We need your help in reaching people who are not eligible for the Switchover Help Scheme, or who are eligible but choose not to apply, who may still find the switchover confusing or difficult.
