Aerials
If Freeview is available in your area, but you can’t get reception, then you may need to upgrade or replace your aerial.
For information about your existing aerial or installing a new one, contact a reputable aerial installer. Check that the aerial installer is a member of an industry trade body such as the CAI or IDSC or a Registered Digital installer.
The cost of an aerial upgrade may vary depending on where you live, but should range from £60-£180. Extra points around the home should cost between £45- £55. Some installers have a call-out charge, but this is often redeemable against the work carried out. Upgrades to communal aerial systems may result in increased service charges.
