To prepare for digital switchover, planned engineering improvement works are necessary on transmitters in advance of the switchcover dates in each area. This may result in temporary disruption and degradation to reception of both television and radio services in addition to that caused by routine maintenence activity.

Since Monday 01 February 2010, transmissions from Oxford have been from a reserve antenna, which may be affecting reception for some viewers. This is in preparation for digital switchover work and signals are currently liable to reduced power and short interruptions, for which we apologise. Work is expected to last for approximately 2 months, with services scheduled to be restored to the main Oxford antenna by early April.
