What is Tiscali?
Tiscali TV gives customers broadband plus the channel choice they want and free on-demand programming all for the price of a standard broadband connection.
What equipment do I need for TV?
An active BT line is required. All the equipment you need to get started is provided by Tiscali for free.
How much does Tiscali TV cost?
Tiscali offers include the choice of 2 TV packages:
- Up to 8Mb Broadband, Tiscali TV Variety Pack, inclusive weekend calls to UK 01, 02 and 03 landlines and top 10 international destinations, free phone line rental - all for £19.99 (discounted to £15.99 for the first 3 months)
- Up to 8Mb Broadband, Tiscali TV Variety Pack, inclusive Anytime calls to UK 01, 02 and 03 landlines and top 10 international destinations, free phone line rental - all for £24.99 a month (discounted to £19.99 for the first 3 months)
All packages come with free set top box and free wireless router. A one off £30 set up fee applies.
Is payment by a one-off cost or by subscription?
Payment is by subscription with a minimum 12 month contract.
How is it installed?
No dish or cable is required. Tiscali TV runs through your phone line and an Tiscali engineer will come and install your TV and broadband service for you.

- Time for Bed feature that gets children ready for a good nights sleep.
- Unlimited broadband (up to 2Mb or 8Mb dependant on package)
- Inclusive landline calls to UK and international phone calls and (weekend dependant on package).

- Entertainment Xtra Mix offers an additional 15 TV channels such as UKTV Gold, Discovery, Hallmark, Sci Fi, UKTV Style and National Geographic. Plus, over 1,000 on demand programmes including HBO On Demand (Special offer - Free for 2 months with TV Variety Pack then £6 a month)
- Music Mix gives you access to the UK's biggest and best on demand music service with over 6,000 music videos, MTV One, MTV Hits, VH1 and VH1 Classic and Tiscali's exclusive Karoke channel. Browse easily with the A-Z search list or by music genre, artist or song title. Add for £6 a month.
- Kids Mix gives a wide choice of children's channels such as Disney, Cartoon Network, Nickleodeon and exclusive on demand channels including Tiscali's award-winning Scamp. Free Minimote for every Kids Mix subscriber - UK's first child friendly remote with built in parental controls for complete peace of mind. Add for £6 a month.
- Sports fans can add Sentanta Sports to their TV Variety Pack with a bundle of dedicated sports channels showing exclusively live sports coverage for just £9.99 a month.
