Interim Customer Service Manager, 700 Clearance Programme

Initially 4-month contract.

Central London based.

Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 p.a.

Digital UK is owned by the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Arqiva.  The company provides operational support for the digital terrestrial TV platform. It also provides viewers with information and advice about terrestrial TV channels, services and reception.

We are seeking a proactive and results-orientated Customer Service Manager for our 700MHz Clearance project to lead on the delivery of a series of events during 2017. This is an interim role, for a four-month period, to focus on event delivery and continuous improvement of service to viewers.  While viewer support arrangements are being trialled in 2017 it is with a view to extending these arrangements –and may lead to an extension of this role to the end of the programme - 2020.

You will have experience in managing outsourced customer service centres and has a track record in continuous service improvement. You’ll also have experience managing multiple stakeholders and have great communication skills.
