Advertising and Sponsorship Manager

Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Advertising and Sponsorship Manager role is crucial to the success of Digital UK's advertising campaigns over the next few years. It offers the opportunity to hold full responsibility for the shaping of the above-the-line strategy, the creative work and the day-to-day running and delivery of campaigns - and to be part of a project of national importance that will affect every person in the country.

Assistant National Manager, Scotland

2 Year fixed term contract with chance to extend. Salary £30 - £35K p.a. depending on skills and experience. 

Reporting to the National Manager, you will represent Digital UK to stakeholders including the Scottish Government, elected representatives, local government, consumer groups, voluntary organizations, housing, retailers and aerial installers. You will also take a lead in some Scotland wide areas including local authorities and consumer protection. You must be a self-starter, confident of speaking in public and to the media.

You should be based in STV North or STV Central with the ability to work from home, an office or on the road – particularly on the road in STV North. Initially the contract will be until the completion of digital switch over in the STV regions (around 2 years) but may be extended by mutual consent. The job description will be re-assessed appropriately after the completion of the STV North project to fit the STV Central project.

Team Assistant, Scotland

2 year fixed term contract with chance to extend. Salary £20 - 24K p.a. depending on skills and experience. 

Reporting to the National Manager, you will implement Digital UK’s activities in the STV North and STV Central area you will be based.  You will be a self-starter, well organized, good with detail and comfortable working in an office, at home or on the road. STV North region

12 month fixed term contract. Salary £19K per annum plus 10% bonus and company car. Field based.

Gekko, one of Digital UK's field marketing partners, is recruiting for a Retail Support Executive to cover the STV North region (based in Inverness).  You will use your training and communication skills to build relationships with retail outlet managers and their staff in the specific region.

Visiting stores on a regular basis, you will manage the retailer on the shop floor, making sure they have the knowledge, skills,  support and tools they need to provide effective advice about the digital switchover process.  With a passion for technology, you'll be IT literate, have experience of working in a field / retail based role and be highly motivated to develop your career further.
