Our goal is to create the best free TV service, both live and on-demand as we believe that everyone has the right to great TV for free.  We are undergoing a period of rapid change and have an exciting and unique opportunity, within our Customer Services function, to join our dynamic team as we deliver a UK-wide customer support programme for the largest television platform in the UK.

  • We are seeking a proactive, customer-centric individual with experience of running a multi-channel customer support function (ideally with a technical component) and management of outsourcing Contact Centre providers.
  • You will lead and manage delivery of first line support to viewers provided by the Freeview Advice Line in our Contact Centre.
  • You’ll have expertise in event management and agent resource planning as operations will be scaled up and down in line with the technical event plan, you’ll also be able to manage and build strong relationships with our partners and be a great team player.
